Clarity Aminos – Returns & Refund Policy
Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research products, Clarity Aminos does not accept returns on any items once they have been shipped.
All products sold through this website are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only. For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, returned research materials cannot be restocked or resold.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final except in the limited situations outlined below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
After review, Clarity Aminos may, at its discretion:
- Send a replacement product, or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method
Claims submitted after the reporting window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Shipping Issues
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist the customer in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Clarity Aminos cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. Customers should contact the carrier directly or file a claim if necessary.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or modified before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

- Not approved by the FDA for human or animal consumption
